Please be sure to fill out the shopping list and check Yes or No on the sticker asking if you wish to donate your change to the PTO and send the envelope in with your child on their shopping day!

Tomorrow is Picture Retake Day for those who did not get retakes on November 5th.
Here is some helpful information regarding retakes. Please message your child's teacher, before the start of the school day tomorrow, if you would like a retake
Students who were absent may be photographed regardless of pre-purchase.
If the student is interested in retake day, you do not need to purchase another package if they already did so on the original day, just return their picture package and get a new photo taken.
If the student was not photographed on the original day and you would like to purchase a package, then you can use the new picture day code.

Gallup Hill School will reopen tomorrow, Monday, November 10. The building has been fully inspected, professionally cleaned, and cleared for safe use by students and staff.
Gallup Hill School will be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 7. All other schools will operate on schedule.
Gallup Hill School will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, November 6. Teams are working to ensure the facility is ready for our students and staff and addressing any damage caused by todays incident. All other Ledyard Schools will open/operate as scheduled.

Parent pick up is now beginning. It is a modified dismissal. Regardless of grade please pull in the front parking lot of the school. Stay in line. Please stay in your car.
Thank you for your patience. All buses have been loaded. We are now proceeding to parent pick up. We asked that parents pull in the front parking lot and we will dismiss students. Please stay in your car so we can ensure an orderly and safe dismissal.
Students scheduled for bus dismissal will be on their bus. To ensure safety of all students, we will not be modifying dismissal procedures at this time. When buses have completed loading we will notify parents for pickup.
GHS will begin bus dismissal shortly. As soon as the buses have been released, we will begin an orderly dismissal of students to parents. Please do not come to campus until you receive further instructions.
Students are doing well, and all are safe. Please do not come to campus and let directed to do so. We are working to facilitate a smooth and safe dismissal for all students. Ledyard Public Schools Staff, police and fire are all working to ensure student safety.
It has been determined in partnership with Ledyard Fire that we will be closing the school for today. To ensure a safe and orderly dismissal, we will begin with buses first. It is anticipated that bus dismissal will begin in approximately 30 minutes. Parents should not come to campus until appropriately notified. All students are safe and with caring adults.
There will be no afternoon PreK or after school activities.
